This video was taken inside a Uniqlo store.
I checked a winter jacket with an original price of $229. However, there was a sticker placed over the original tag showing $249, which you can clearly see in the video.
The date was Boxing Day, December 26, 2025.
This is misleading to customers. I spoke with a store employee and removed the sticker, placing it next to the original price so people could see both. The employee put the sticker back over the original price and told me not to remove the price tag, saying he was “not in charge of the store.”
Please be careful when shopping. Take your time and always check the original price under any sticker. If there is a sticker covering the price, lift it and verify before buying.
Stay aware and shop smart.

There was lots of variety of items. The staff were very nice, and helpful. At my visit I was helped by Bernadette, who helped me choose the perfect jacket for me in the winter and helped me checked out. I would recommend this for anyone looking for good quality basics and are stopping by WEM🫶

I went in with my daughter to purchase a few items and to get a price adjustment on something I had recently bought that went on 50% discount. According to their policy, I was well within the 14-day window and the item was in its original condition with tags attached.
I was told they had to return the item and recharge me, which I agreed to. But after they processed the return, I was suddenly told they couldn’t resell or release the item back to me because the system showed it was already sold. I was shocked — I went in for a price adjustment, not a return.
Then they said they needed to print a new tag for the item due to the adjustment. I wasn’t planning on returning it, so I told them a new tag wasn’t necessary. I waited a long time while they tried to print it. When the staff called the manager for help, instead of acknowledging that their system clearly wasn’t handling the transaction properly, she framed it as they were doing an “exception” for me. It felt unfair and misleading, especially when I had followed the policy exactly.
By the time the entire process finally finished — well over 20 minutes — my daughter was exhausted and restless. Something this simple should not have been handled in such a confusing, time-consuming way, and customers shouldn’t be made to feel responsible for issues caused by their system.

Amazing service!!! Wish I remembered to ask for the gentleman’s name who took the time to help me out. This was my first time shopping here and I was doing it on behalf of my mom because she wanted me to pick up shirts for my sister. I had no idea where to go in the store and all I had was a picture of the product and ID number of the product. When I asked for help, the guy made sure he had somebody cover his section first which I thought was professional and great to see the teamwork because I work in retail as well in the mall so it’s nice to see that kind of teamwork. It only took us about 10 minutes and it was all nothing but positive. Thank you again!!

Got a superb service by Jade.L today. I’ve tried to find a size that fit on me. She has helped me to check on store device says there is only one extra small left in store, but we cannot find it. She checked all shelves one by one and the good news is that we got it. Thanks for her patient and help.

Always well stocked, helpful staff. I've been wearing these clothes for years now and they wash well, don't pill, don't leak dye, and have neat seams and stitching. These are great basics, and year after year I add more to my wardrobe as they add new colours.
This location has payment stations where you can place your basket into it and it will automatically detect what's in there so you don't have to scan tags. There is a changing room, but sometimes it can get quite busy.

The worst Uniqlo ever. First time being stolen in Canada. Forgot my beautiful cap in the fitting room and could not find it anymore 5 minutes later when I got back. It is likely stolen by staff working there. He/She kept touching his/her ear when answering my questions, and asked if it was from the same brand as the cap my mom was wearing. I requested the manager to watch the camera. The manager Lisa lied and pretended she watched the cameras and claimed she found nothing. As a royal customer of Uniqlo, I am really disappointed and concerned by the poor management at this store. For whomever took my cap, hope you like it and treat it well. Thank you for the girl who worked at the self-checkout, the only one in the store who tried to help and does care for the customers.
