I ordered a stand up lamp which was to come in two weeks-they would not sell me the floor model but said if something went wrong they would then sell it to me.After two and a half weeks I called and the man coujdb’t find the order-then a woman called back and said it would come-then the man called and said it was on the truck and would arrive following Tuesday-I called Tuesday afternoon and was told no lamp-called again and said it probably got broken-the got called and it was blamed on delivery then when I asked to come get floor model was told it was sold and yet wasn’t heat for me and I had been told it was being saved.So I waited five weeks for a item that never came due to what I believe was negligence in the woman/I firmly believe she forgot to order and the man in two and a half weeks could not find my order.There was three left in warehouse and soon as she ordered one would gave been set for me.W I woukd like to know what are you going to do to make this right?????

We had a wonderful experience at urban barn, staff very helpful. Went in looking for a vase and ended up buying bedding and dishes. Thank you for your excellent customer service.

We recently purchased a beautiful chair from this location. The staff we dealt with were professional, super helpful and followed up on everything. Shout out to your staff member mariana she is amazing. Delivery service we chose was pick up and 3rd party provider did not communicate or follow up in the timelines given to us. Mariana was quick to assist with everything. We will be back.

Waited 11 weeks to get a chair that was shipped broken. For the price you pay, you'd expect that there would be some level of quality control. Got the run around from the store and corporate customer service regarding the delay as well. I've experienced better customer service and quality products even from IKEA.

Hi I would like to send recommendations for Arva Patel thank you for always making all the decisions easy choices every time we come into your store at skyveiw and knowing your product soo well. There are always so many choices to pick from and she takes her time in explaining what all our options and as well making sure everything matching tones and styles!
It is always good to see her when we walk in the store because she understand us and our likes and dislikes which makes for easy shopping all the time !!!
I could give her 5 stars but that is not nearly enough for all that she does and is !

After purchase service is terrible! Had problems as soon as things were delivered. Table we ordered arrived broken the replacement arrived broken. We always had a problem resolving the issue. Was told no restocking fee on an item then wanted to charge us one. Customer service seems unable to think outside the box and satisfy the customer. We will never ever buy from them again! We thought a higher end store would be higher end service but not the case here. They also take there time responding to us via phone or email.

I had such a wonderful experience! Several staff members were helpful during my visit, but I have to give special recognition to Mariana, who went above and beyond. She was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive, ensuring I found exactly what I was looking for. Her customer service was top-notch and made the shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free.
The store itself is beautifully laid out with a fantastic selection of furniture and decor, and the staff's willingness to assist truly sets it apart. I left feeling confident in my purchases and will 100% be coming back for future home needs. Highly recommend!
