One of the worse customer service,
I went their around 10.15 p.m yesterday. i bought 6 pack of Sapporo beer and i came back. Beer was flat. I went back to store to return it. They refuse to take it back. I told them this is a flat. But they did not listen to me. Refused to take it back.
Very poor service and selling garbage stuff.
I recommend not to go there.
Zero customer service.

Have been a regular here on and off (I moved away from the area and then back) for a couple years.
I have never had a bad experience stopping in here. Everyone is so kind and it is good to support local!

Never come to this store they were closed before there closing time. Must check with them before coming.
Updated on 8 August 2025. Oky its a hawk liquor not value liquor ( check it on google map it will says )why does that closed before its closing time and if its under new management so store have to close before closing time. And chcek your attitude we came to your store and it was closed beforeits timing man. Avoid this store if u can

Best liquor store in the area since open late. Can order at 11 pm In the night and get it delivered. Vast variety and local products for making late night cocktails. Amazing wines from BC and Italy wineries and all over the world.

Not sure how this place has such a high rating, the store looked half empty, dusty old bottles, the cooler room was not very cold at all. The prices were very average. Nothing about this store screams good deals lol. Would not recommend this store trust me almost every other store is better than this one.

They close 12 minutes earlier than advertised, made the drive out for nothing.Edit: sorry I was wrong, I just assumed they were closed because of the grill on the windows
