Was here on Sunday with my girls. They have tons of shoes on clearance for under $40 and it was buy one get one half off. Staff were super helpful.

This Vans outlet has a lot of selections, can't go wrong as they always have some deals such as BOGO 50% OFF, so don't miss out.
Staff is pretty friendly for the most part.. they're there to help when asked..
Might as well mention that there are no washrooms in this store.
Anyways, overall the store is clean, Friendly staff, deals are on point if you come maybe once a month to check it out.

Fantastic store and the deals are the best. If you need shoes and more you cant beat them for quality to dollar ratio. Great for kid shoes and adult sizes up to mens 16s

2 of the staff decided to talk about their personal lives (one keeps fighting with their partner) out loud in the front of the store, i could hear them in the back; not appropriate for the sales floor y’all. cool sales but not enough to buy a ton of stuff. Has really put me off shopping here.

This store is great, removing the fact that colors like black are more expensive, but I do understand that, because colors like that are more valued, but the service was outstanding, shout-out to Nico, she was very helpful and helped us try to find a shoe the right size for me, we couldn’t find it but the sales here are great so I really recommend going here if you can…

I buy majority of my son’s clothes here and typically the staff is great and the quality is excellent.
This review is based on my experience this afternoon. I bought my son a shirt and after one wash the collar unravelled at the seam and there was a big hole. I could not find my receipt, but the person who sold me the shirt mentioned, it was a brand new item. I thought they may exchange for the exact same item, so I went to enquire. To which the salesperson replied “you’ve washed it, there are no tags and you have no receipt so that’s three levels of no.” I even commented about his “three levels of no.” Completely inappropriate and rude for a salesperson to speak to a customer this way. It was a clear quality issue but he could have said sorry that’s not or policy but he was completely rude and left a horrible impression leaving the store, when it’s usually a great experience. If a manager is reading these you need to give your staff member working this afternoon a lesson in customer service and how to politely speak to customers. If you are a manager that’s completely inappropriate way to speak to customers. Brutal.
