I bought a TV and sound bar from Sean at Visions West Edmonton and was very impressed by his knowledge and helpfulness. I had some problems with setup and called the store and Sean was very happy to give me the information over the phone on how to fix the problem. Would highly recommend.

Poor customer service for sure! Won’t ever go back to Visions for anything ever!! Ultimately purchased my 75” TV from a VERY attentive, helpful, & knowledgeable, sales rep from Best Buy.

Just got home from the West End location after buying a new TV and the experience could not have been any better.
I spent about 2 hours with a salesman (Shawn) simply because the last time I bought a TV was 10 years ago and the technology has changed significantly.
I knew I either wanted the "Frame TV" or an OLED and he took the time to explain to me and show me the pro's and cons of both styles and let me make a very informed decicion.
TV is up and running! Thanks for all your help Shawn, I think this was the best buying experience I have has in 20 years.

Ask for Dayne! Great guy helped me out for free and all the staff was wonderful to deal with and very knowledgeable! Helped me take out my radio that I couldn’t. Highly recommend

Jables was incredibly funny and helpful. We came in looking for a TV for sports/gaming and the man knows everything there is to know. We left feeling educated and very happy with our purchase. 10/10 would recommend this store (and specifically Jables) to anyone who asks, and the price matching/guarantees from Visions are top tier.

I spoke with James in car audio regarding my projector set up in my home theatre and I have to say I have never met anybody more knowledgable in general electronics let alone such a specific field like projectors. And the few days that we were finding the right set up for me, he was working in store and at home and researching and finding the best possible set up for what I wanted not to mention working on the price for me and I can’t say enough good things about the place and James himself.

My husband brought my car here for my birthday to get a remote starter installed. We dropped my car off the night before and unfortunately someone broke in and stole the remote starter before it could be installed. I was devastated when my husband told me. The staff at visions replaced the remote starter at no extra charge to us and offered to help provide security footage in case we needed it to file a police report. Thankfully nothing else was taken! Big shoutout to Jeremy and James for saving the day!

My husband and I bought a TV some months ago from Visions. Their policy is totally bullshit. I don’t recommend anyone buy stuff from them. I got confirmation from a salesperson named PAWAN KUMAR that if we bought a 5-year warranty, we would receive cashback after 5 years if we didn’t claim it. Some days ago, when I talked to someone working there, he said I could use it as credits to buy a product worth $300, which I was originally promised as cashback in my bank account. Totally a bunch of scammers working there. Won’t recommend
