“I'm tremendously grateful for the customer service I got from Sarah. I paid with a gift card that wasn't easily processed by the system. It required Sarah to troubleshoot, call the central office and reset the computer. She was incredibly apologetic for the inconvenience; and gave me a discount and some free samples to thank me for my patience as she sorted out the situation. While she was helping me, she also answered questions from other customers and she gave me advice about different supplements I could consider for CrossFit. Sarah was awesome - give her a raise, a bonus, employee of the month or whatever else you can!!”
