This location is very convenient. Not crowded, bigger and comfortable location compared to other Walmart stores. Cashiers are fast and friendly, I always get Mandu every time I see her. She's very friendly, helpful and very positive person.

Some of the cashiers are way too pushy about the credit card / cash back opportunity. You can tell them no literally TEN times and they still keep going trying to convince you , to the point where you don’t want to go back to this walmart anymore. Or they try and make you feel dumb for not getting it. Gets on my nerves!

I’ve been shopping at this Walmart location since I was a kid with my parents but recently the mislabelling of products has been ongoing and frustrating. First incident happened in late August when I was shopping with my parents and I needed sticky notes. The sticky notes were labeled as $5 but rang in as $15 at the till. We went to customer service and they were defensive and asked if we had a picture of the label. Now who has the time or even thinks as a customer that we need to prove what we see when looking at price tags? Seems like an employee mistake to me. It wasn’t until a worker went and checked the mislabel that customer service apologized. Second incident was when I was shopping with a friend on Dec. 29th and we were buying gum for a 2 for $6 sale. The gum didn’t ring in with the deal so I asked a worker and asked me to go and take a picture of the labels. Luckily I was shopping with a friend so she could hold our self serve checkout spot. I’m also glad I was shopping with a friend because after I was walking back to the self checkout after taking the pictures of the labels I correctly saw as 2 for $6, she called me to tell me to grab one of the same gum packages because it was mislabeled. So I had to walk all the way back to where I just was to walk all the way back and wait in line to go back to my shopping cart. If I was shopping alone and was told by an employee to walk all the way back to get the pack of gum because then they realized there was mislabelling them I would’ve been absolutely irate. No one should have to walk back and get another item because it was mislabeled my an employee NOT by a customer nor the customers fault for mislabeling products. This is absolutely ridiculous that this location asks customers to go back out of the long line they waited in to prove that there is mislabeling due to employee mistakes. This is a lack of customer support and care and also a lack of employee work ethic. Mislabeling should not be put on the customer to go back and take pictures of price tags. I’ve never heard of this or have had to do this ever in my life of grocery shopping except for this location. I am no longer shopping at this Walmart location because of the inconvenience this location implies on customers and will take my service to another location such as South Common or South Park because the customer service there is 100% better.

The worst staff ever. Too rude and they are not professional at all. Always ignore you if you need anything and they are like 200 person working inside an all of them doing nothing

Hands down the worst customer service experience I have ever had.
Their system was supposedly down, and the store was only accepting cash. I drove all the way from the north side specifically because the curtains I wanted were only available at this location—and there were only two left. This was not a casual visit; it was a wasted trip caused entirely by poor handling of a situation.
I went to the customer service desk to ask a very simple and reasonable question: whether the item could be placed on hold so I could return the next day. Before I could even finish explaining, the cashier rudely cut me off and said, “If you have no cash, I can’t help you.” She did not allow me to finish a single sentence. I was not asking for a special favor, an exception, or an argument—just a yes or no answer.
I understand that system issues happen and that the outage itself may not have been her fault. However, basic professionalism, patience, and courtesy are absolutely her responsibility. Completely dismissing a customer without listening is unacceptable. Instead of helping or even acknowledging my situation, she chose to be dismissive, interruptive, and argumentative.
To make matters worse, she kept insisting that “it’s the same everywhere,” which is simply false. I had just filled gas at the station right outside the store without any problem. Making excuses instead of providing customer service only makes the experience worse.
It is extremely disappointing to see a company with such potential risk its reputation because of employees who clearly lack customer service skills, empathy, and accountability. Situations like this are exactly why customers stop coming back. One rude interaction is enough to undo years of brand trust.
This was a complete waste of my time, energy, and effort. I will seriously reconsider shopping here again and will not be recommending this location to anyone. Do better—because experiences like this are how businesses lose customers.

I ordered a 5x5 magnet from Walmart’s Christmas promotion where they were giving a customized one for free. I got a email of a delay, which is to be expected, but received a ready for pick up email later the same day. When I went to pick it up the next day, the worker told us that the system had deleted/cancelled a number of orders and that the photo printer had issues so only last names from A-D where printed. Granted it was free, but the employee made no effort to try to check what happened to my order, and upon further inspection there were actually more orders printed, even multiples for the same person, but somehow mine was missing. I wish there was clearer communication and better customer service support as I rather have had a cancellation email than being told different things by an employee who offered no solutions. I didn’t end up receiving my order, which is disappointing especially when I did my due diligence in choosing this location that didn’t originally have any delay or photo centre issue warnings upon ordering online.

Terrible Customer Service and Unprofessional Staff
This is the second time I have purchased headphones at Walmart, and on both occasions, the staff's attitude has been atrocious. The first time, I overlooked it, thinking everyone can be tired and it happens. But today, they treated me with complete indifference and a total lack of professionalism.
When I asked an employee to retrieve a pair of locked headphones, they looked at me with suspicion and ignored my request to continue their conversation. Only after I repeated myself did they reluctantly assist me.
The staff's attitude and lack of customer service are unacceptable.

Customer service never answers the phone , ringer is turn off. Stood by the phone and called and just kept ringing. Mentioned it why they are not answering the phones and pretending to not know, said oh the ringer is turned down. Spoke to the manager and he told them to turn it up. Still no matter when you calls it just rings and rings and rings no volume turned up. Press 2 for electronics and it's always busy. Great customer service ....not!
