This location is the WORST in all of Edmonton. They never have any staff and have one check out open while a huge line is growing all because they want to force you to go to self checkout. Yet how do you go to self checkout if you have cash, come on. Never in my life is grocery shopping such a hassle because of the time you have to spend paying for groceries. It should not be a hassle to PAY. The shelves are also empty and do not have the variety and inventory that the other walmart's have. I avoid this store at all costs. I have called the manager before about having one check out open and this location still continues to have huge line ups with one check out, even though they have multiple other checkouts they just wont open them. Even when there is 8 staff members standing around the self checkout with no one there.

Preston!!!! Good job to this awsome employee I haven't had service like this in a long time. I needed help checking stock on a 6 shelf organizer and he helped me locate it and offered to load it in my cart. Need more people like this that are eager and happy to go above and beyond to help customers. Elevates the walmart brand name. Thank you Preston.

I was approached by a plan clothes security guard. I was in the hardware section and this random older guy, he was his mid 40s to 50s came up to me while I was checking if the product I was looking to buy was the right size for a product I bought at another store. He told me he was security and asked me what I put in my bag, I told him that I showed the guy at the front what was in my bag and told him that it was from a different store. The whole time there was another customer in the same aisle who watched all of this happen. I was creeped out so I went to the front desk to say something. They completely dismissed me. Saying that itās the security guys job to look out, which I completely understand. The guy didnāt show me anything indicating that he was security. I felt targeted and profiled (Iām not white) and Iām also a younger adult. The āsecurityā guy then hovered around the aisle for longer. I didnāt walk around the store to browse or anything, I went to the sections I needed. Iām not sure but I believe I was being followed the whole time, which is extremely unsettling. They let countless people run out of the store with baskets of merchandise but as soon as they think you might steal, they harass you, make you feel unsafe. Shame on walmart. Do better.

This place is quite distasteful. My empty shopping cart was stolen, and I had to run after it to find it. Once I found it, I think it was my shopping cart, but my loonie was missing. Gross, I had to wear my backpack in front of me in case I got pickpocketed. No other shopping carts were left alone and empty in the aisle. There was one left unattended with stuff inside, but the loonie was also missing. Where is the owner of the cart? It must happen to them too. I will never come back here. Your team needs to be aware of what's happening and ban people from stealing shopping carts. That's unbelievable.

Worst customer service and unprofessional employees. Ordered an item online and went for pickup. Got an email that the item was ready for pickup and it was a small item. Customer service told me that they cannot help today as they were busy and i need to come next day. I drove for 40 mins(one way) in -25 weather to pick up the item. If you cannot do this simple job i think you guys should do something else.Bunch of lazy people work here.Never going back to this location.

BILLY is going a really good job greeting everyone going in and out of the store. That man deserves a raise. he makes sure that he doesnāt let anyone go without his greetings. love to see him on the gate.. good job BILLY

This is the worst pharmacy Iāve ever been to in my life. Everyone is severely rude. Like on the severity level. Itās well past orange like nuclear. The pharmacist named Favour Is not good at her job at all not compassionate uncaring unthoughtful rude and a disgrace to the profession!
I will never come back to this pharmacy ever again. Iām not even coming back to this Walmart ever again even though itās close to my house I will drive further away. I might not even get Walmart business anymore because of this.

I just have to say what an awful experience if I could give less than one I would I normally love going to Walmart finding cute things.
I went to the Saint Albert Walmart. They did not have the sweater I was looking for. They told me that this Walmart had three of each size so I went there. All they tried telling me was what I see is what they have and then I finally got someone to look in the back. She said she couldnāt find it so basically too bad. They were trying to say that somebody stole all six of the sweaters..
Then they offered to call the other stores to see if they actually had the sweater I wanted so I said OK I just was gonna finish my shopping. Iāll come back. Give them time to do that, and this was all done by the manager and the fashion department manager, and then they were too lazy to call the stores Like they offered because I told them I could just call⦠They pass it on to customer service with the lineup so she didnāt end up calling and they did nothing for me in the endā¦.
I work for retail and thereās no way that all six sweaters that they had all got stolen⦠It also shows that they have three medium and four small, which apparently got stolen too
