I use to love going here, the last 5 times I’ve went (literally for miniverse) I’ve been stopped accused of stealing, embarrassing me in front of people in the store and outside , calling a code yellow because I told of of there staff to mind there business about my son I said I was in a hurry bc I had my son in the car and she started trying to question me about MY son so I told her mind her own business (he was in the car with his dad he just doesn’t like being in the car he likes being with me) she then tried to snatch my item from my hand accusing me of not buying it had two more employees read my receipt and say “it’s not on there” yet it was the last item scanned by there EMPLOYEE the women helping me at self check out couldn’t get the spider wire off so I had to go to customer service. Regardless I’ve spent 1000$ here this past 2 months on just miniverse nobody who steals is going to ask for help, they’re going to walk OUT.

Guy followed me arounf the store no uniform no security badge nothing i complained nothing happend so i went back asked him why he followed me around the store last time and he proceeded to kick me out and follow me to my car and take pictures of my license plate when i did nothing wrong but ask him why he thinks its okay to profile and follow around customers walmart corporate dosent care they condone this type of behavior clearly

Isabella is the sweetest, friendliest, and most patient cashier I've ever met in my life. I'm literally giving this place a 5 star review because of her.We do overall love Walmart. It accepts debit cards, and it offers delivery right to our door. Love the variety, the sales, and the app. This place is particularly worthy of a really good review. It's close by, neat and perfect for us.Thank you again, Isabella, for being a wonderful human. I hope you're always appreciated. ?

I usually use self check out because I have social anxiety. I work very hard for the money I make to be able to shop for groceries. I have been profiled and "watched" by the same checkout man almost every week. I have never felt more uncomfortable shopping in my adult life than in this walmart.I watched him single me out time and time again.I understand being careful about shop lifting..but this is harrasment.I will never return to this walmart.

BEANO WORST EMPLOYEE IVE EVER SEEN!!!!Absolutely disgusted in this Walmart!! Will never shop here ever again !! Even though it is right near my house!!Went in earlier in the week when it snowed to get my family winter boots and my little guy a snow suit also purchased bananas lunch meat and paper towel. Upon checkout self checks out only were open at the time. I scanned my 4 year old sons snow suit it rang up 40$ more then on the tag I called for the gentleman to come assist he said he would have to call a manager to override I asked to cancel that off my order so I can pay for my other items as I needed that on a separate receipt anyways.I scanned all my other items including my daughters boots paid for it then the manager came over and told me that she would honour the price that was on the tag for the kids snowsuit during this time this rude worker BEANO came over I’ve had issues with her before! She then started harassing my daughter saying we did not pay for our lunchmeat I informed her yes we did!! She then told me to get my receipt now! I showed her and thought everything was okay. Upon leaving three loss prevention officers stopped me and told me I stole lunch meat I said no I didn’t and showed the receipt multiple times they called BEANO OVER ! It was then made clear I paid for all my items!! Absolutely disgusted in this place I went and spoke with a manager her response don’t steal!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!! Security, and loss prevention seen I paid for all my items!!! WAY TO TRAUMATIZE MY FAMILY THANKS WAL-MART !!

Amazing sales associate named Blake Slaney. He is super cool funny beautiful and smart and he helped me find gluten free cookies. Please admin give him a raise. He is a pookie bear. Excellent service.

Absolutely amazing! From start to end it was really great. I will always prefer this location even though it is far from my home. CSM Rubi Patel helped me by with her all efforts and gave excellent customer service. She was really kind and humble to all customers. I will definitely keep going there.

Digesha was so helpful at the Walmart in Albany. She went out of her way to help me find the price of the item I was looking for. she was super friendly and helpful and helped me pack groceries, but the most surprisingly amazing thing Digesha did was that she found my diamond ring in shopping basket, it had somehow fallen out of my purse. The ring means so much to me because my dear niece gave it to me on my birthday. Digesha, you are not only helpful and friendly, but you are super ethical and honest! Way to go girl:)

They seem to like hiring anti semetec employees at this location. I'm mixed race Hispanic, but the "peace loving" door greeters sure make a point to ignore me often, or they stare at me. Not all do this, only a few. I'm asked often if I am Je-ish, so I guess that could be why.One lady in particular on Aug 10 around 730 or 8am, when I came in, the older chubby lady at the door with a light blue hijab made a point to ignore me as I came in. Whatever, I assume she's preoccupied. Then I leave, I see her again, I try to say have a nice day, she turns around and ignores me. Wow. She can't even be a decent door greeter, how embarrassing.Stop hiring racists Wal Mart!!! Do you even check the cameras to see if people are doing their job right? Tell your staff to stop judging people by how they look! It's Canada, lots of mixed people exist here.

Twice I've had bad customer service at this location.One was at the self-checkout where the clerk didn't know how to fix the scanner that was beeping. When he manually rang through my items at his till, he didn't know how to input the quantity of fruit into the system. Also, this person was rude.The second was a cashier, who wasn't friendly either. Neither said hello nor thank you, just rang in my items, and I paid without saying a single word to her.Why should I be nice to someone who's rude? Please be nice to your customers. Otherwise, you'll get the same bad attitude in return.

Never had a good experience at this location. Always getting profiled at SCO although I've never stolen anything in my life. The screens are set up to detect missed scans and end up faulting even when you concisely and slowly bag your items. I personally wouldn't shop here unless you're all out of options.

If I can give it zero stars, I would literally went in to grab a few things. I brought my small puppy who is only eight weeks old can’t be left in the car and was kicked out and they were asking which employee let me in greeter to get her in trouble for even allowing me in there with a little puppy. This is the worst location and the worst company for even allowing that to happen. I wouldn’t do your business here. Any other place is better don’t support.These goofs

Barely any cashiers, everything is self check with line ups because half of the self checkouts arent even open. Now you have to pay for your cosmetics in the department. Usually I will let them know that I will pay at the front with the rest of my groceries. That wasn't good enough today. I don't go to Walmart to make numerous transactions. What about people that pay per transactions with their banking. If you don't trust your customers to pay at the self checkout maybe you bring back real people to work .

An employee by the name of Gregory displayed extreme disrespect and ignorance, when asked for help in a polite manner he chose to speak to my wife in a manner that is completely unacceptable. She simply asked for help with her gift card that wouldn’t scan correctly and was met with a rude tone and was made to feel embarrassed, rushed, and less than worth the stores time, all while trying to manage our 7month old son. The entire interaction Gregory was muttering under his breath, on his personal phone at work and simply not performing his duties as an employee. I hope he will see consequences for his lack of empathy and gross behaviour.
