Hiring Canadians is important because now we can’t even ask staff members in store for directory to find an item because they have no clue what the item is or what you’re talking about.

I had to cross the whole store to get the product, which should be featured by the door, according to our extreme weather in Edmonton. Additionally, the parking lot was not cleared from the snow and ice. I am using handicapped parking stalls and at least these should be properly cleaned, so people with challenges can easily shop.

Top tier racial profiling at the self checkouts. Got mistaken as Indigenous so the staff chose to review my entire receipt. Gave an excuse that some customers needed the handheld barcode scanner for large items (diapers) that were too heavy to lift (yet somehow the customer was able to lift into the shopping cart)z
Staff were all pleasant once they realised I’m Asian.

What terrible customer service. Took over 15 minutes and multiple pages to get someone to help open a locked cabinet. Was told they couldn't find management. How is that acceptable?

Csm susan is hell of a rude person i have ever seen in my life. She doesn’t know how to respect a customer. Very pathetic customer service. Will never recommend this place to anybody.

Big walmart with lots selection. Some staff don't know some store policy's with regarding to cooked foods.

Cellular signal too weak. Some products are not updated. Toys are all over the place, mixed toys in a negative way.

This Walmart have the most laziest workers ever! Was looking for an item cuz they said they had 5 stocks available and asked multiple workers some said they’ll grab it, all a sudden it’s “out of stock” when it’s literally available for pick up but they charge extra 5$ which is crazyyyyy. They’re just lazy to look. Don’t even waste your time here go to a different Walmart.

I wanted to share a great experience I had in the toys section today! Swati was incredibly helpful in finding dino toy that I couldn't locate on the shelves, and I've been searching for it for over a week. My nephew has been looking high and low for it! I've been here before and was starting to lose hope, but she helped. The whole experience was so positive, and it's clear that the staff are trained to provide excellent service. Thanks for making our day! We'll definitely be back.
