The layout of the store is easy to navigate and everything was a quick find, and although it was quite busy it was fast going through self-checkout.

Do not buy meat unless you expect it to Got bad the next day horrible meat completely disgusting I've had to start going to a meat guy because its been getting so bad here

The girl with a bandana with brown hair in the bakery was so nice she helped me find an item and took me to the aisle directly. It's great to have an employee that helps you even if they look busy. She was super kind.

I’d rather lay out in traffic than get my grocery pickup from here again.
11 phone calls later, I had to drive the 15mins back to the store to get refunded for an item I never received, that the employee who brought my groceries also agreed and knew it wasn’t there but it was a colossal deal to get a refund nonetheless

I went there for a shopping today and had Such a worst experience with dark skin lady cashier. When I came on till to pay for my stuff I ask the lady for a paper bag she was so mannerless no greetings at all and left my stuff on counter without bagging and when I ask her to bag it she starts doing arguments with me . I have no clue where the Walmart standard goes if you don’t want to work you can stay at home but showing customers attitude is totally unacceptable. I hope the managers will teach these people some basic customer skills

My dad gifted me a jacket from Walmart and gave me the receipt. I decided to return it according to Walmart’s own policy, which clearly says that if the original card isn’t available, the refund should be issued on a Walmart shopping or gift card.
When I went to the customer service desk, the first associate said she couldn’t do that. She called another lady, and I explained the situation again — she gave a completely different answer, saying it was a “Visa policy,” which makes no sense because this has nothing to do with Visa. Then they called another person, and again I was told the same thing. Eventually, they called the manager over the phone, who also said no.
Finally, the manager came in person. I explained everything again and even showed her the Walmart policy directly from Walmart’s website. At first, she insisted the policy didn’t say that — but after reading it herself, she realized I was right and confirmed that yes, they can return it to a Walmart gift card. Not a single apology was given for the confusion or the wasted time.
Most of the customer service team was rude and unprofessional, except for one lady with a nose piercing — she was kind and respectful. The rest clearly didn’t know their own store policy, gave me misleading information, and wasted a lot of my time.
Walmart really needs to train their staff better on their own return policies and how to treat customers with respect.

I get online grocery delivery from the Northgate location, it's hit & miss both with stock and if I actually get my items. Today's order I paid $244.00 & recieved $77.00 of items & a bag with 3 items from some else's order.. local store had me call 1800 & someone will get back in 3-5 business days to discuss the order 🫣 so next week.. this store is not worth the hassle.

All the stock in Men's coats, flannels, and sweaters are all XL, XXL, XXXL. They have no large or mediums, especially in the blue versions. I know I can go back home and order online and wait a week, but it's still very annoying how disproportionate their stock is.
