Very very poor service. Took a rad in on a Friday and need a rush job cus of my circumstance. They had the rad for a full week and didn’t do a thing. Never returned calls and no call backs to inform me on cost and delivery time. Pick the rad up went to another rad shop had it back in 2 days. A lot cheaper too.

Brought rad in for a quote and repair, customer service was terrible didn’t have any time to talk to me about it or give me any kind of idea what I might be looking at, talked to me like I had no idea. Went 2 weeks without hearing anything. Picked up Rad and brought to a different shop. Had a quote within 2 hours from the other shop, and they actually took to time to talk to me and give me some incite Wish I had brought my rad elsewhere In the first place

Fixed two of my rads for me! They were both old and beat up, came back working great

I had dealt with these guys before covid and they were great , went out of their way to get me a radiator on a Friday afternoon before a long weekend so I had my vehicle fixed . But obviously something happened and customer service is non existent now. They had my radiator since July 22nd 2022 and they just had time today Dec 22nd 2022 to look at it … that’s 6 months of it just sitting there . They kept having having excuses every time I’d call and saying they’ll look at it this week and that went on for months. All I wanted to know if it was repairable or not so I could order a new one but they absolutely wasted my time and I didn’t get to drive the vehicle at all this summer . I’ll make sure to steer everyone away from here in the future , lots of other rad shops in the city that actually want peoples business .

Very helpful, quick, and charges reasonable service for radiator repair. I have a pc computer custom loop radiator leak which they were very helpful to repair.

They do exactly what they say they are going to do and then do it for what they say they are going to do it for..or even cheaper.. Crazy..Brought them a rad out of my car that I thought only had a pinhole. Apparently it had nine spots that needed to be repaired. They got it fixed in one day and had me on my way.
