The worst shop I've been to. I paid $1200 for a spark plug job and they installed the WRONG ONEs with than cause my starter to fail. I went to two other rep shops and they confirmed they but in very very low quality spark plugs when they should've put better ones. And then when I called to tell them that be screwed up they proceeded to charge me more money and told me they couldn't fit me in until next week. Terrible experience

They didn't find anything wrong with my car and spent over an hour checking things out on it. Only charged me $50 which was more than fair.

Respect. Did a pre-purchase inspection and they were kind enough to do it on the spot. Waited 2 hours as they were busy but upfront. Went into great detail. Unlike other shops these guys are very honest and I’m thankful for their service.

What a waste of time to visit this shop for just to get estimate for my vehicle.
Called on Friday morning to get some time to look at my vehicle but Gentleman at reception rebooked again for satureday as they are too busy. When I showed up on satureday morning , they were not able to do estimate of already known problem and ask me to come again in evening.
If estimate takes this long and imagine the time for repair.
PS: Don't know how to reply but you doesn't seems to be educated nor will try to improve by learning. McDonald is far better in customer service my child so i can bet you will never reach there.
Your comment is very rude and doesn't reflect of 5 star repute and learn manner to talk with Woman. i felt for other woman who came in for AC , my problem was different and my Son brought the vehicle to you.
i wish you good business but improve in customer service and respect other's time.

My family has known Moe for years, and he has taken care of several of our vehicles, past and present. Back on the July long weekend, Moe made himself available for questions when my car check engine light went on and the vehicle stopped reversing while I was in the mountains in BC.
Because I was closer to Calgary, I had it towed to a dealership, and Moe gave me his professional opinion to compare with what the dealership told me. I was in a bad position with location, and I still was able to ask him for advice. I had confidence he would tell me if I was being ripped off or if the price was fair.
After what ended up being a terrible experience with that dealership, I had the car towed here to West End Auto Repair. Moe quoted me approximately 3600 for a job that the dealership said would cost 5300. When the required part arrived, the job was done quickly and also worked with my schedule.
I can't express how grateful I am to know a mechanic like Moe who will take the time to answer questions on a busy holiday weekend and even follow up to check and see if I got the car safely out of the mountains. My car has been to a few places for service throughout the years, and despite the stress of this particular incident, I immediately felt at ease when my car arrived at this location because I knew it was in good hands.
