A thorough diagnosis of the actual problem was conducted, and the work that was needed was completed in a timely manner. Because of the honest way this company operates, only the required work was done and our repairs were appropriate and affordable. The staff were friendly, helpful and sincere. Nice to do find a repair shop that you can trust!

They could have filled my tires back up after leaving it sitting in the lot for a bit. I don’t think after $1000 I should leave with low tire and windshield fluid lights on.

I've used this mechanic my whole life, and my dad for 40 years. This is my family's mechanic and fixes all of my company, employee, and family and friends vehicles. If you want an honest mechanic, this is your place. Sometimes things take a while but you'll never be charged for nonsense and you can always trust their advice. 100% recommend.

This business runs on an old school, honest model. A very experienced and trustworthy owner who knows exactly what he's doing. I'd recommend anyone to take their vehicle here as opposed to fountain tire, Kal Tire or any other business with the word tire in them.

The service at West Mountain Automotive is bar none the best in Edmonton. Glen and Kenton are two of the best technicians I've had work on our fleet, certainly the most cost effective service and a broad spectrum of knowledge when it comes to our variety of different makes and models fleet vehicles and personal vehicles. I'd recommend them to anyone who's looking for quality service at excellent rates.

I have been taking my cars to West Mountain Automotive for years and am always extremely happy with the prompt service and excellent work. To find somebody like Glenn who is always thorough and honest is extremely rare! When ever there’s something funny with my car, Glenn will make sure to fit me in for a diagnostic even if it’s last minute and will get my car back to me all checked with fixing what ever was wrong usually same day.If you’ve tried the rest of the big shops and were left disappointed with the deception and overcharging, try the best with West Mountain Automotive. You won’t regret it!
