I can't speak about other locations, but this one seems to hate seniors and want to make things harder for them. Today we had to go in AGAIN so that my sister could order checks for my Mom and they didn't have her on file as the power of attorney. Her paperwork was missing a sticker. SO? Put another sticker on! But NO. My sister had to make an appointment to get that fixed and I won't be able to drive her that day. And NO, we can't just go and get Mom. SHE CAN'T COME IN! Why the Hell do you think my sister has to come in and use her power of attorney? There's more, but I don't have enough space. If you are a senior, don't bank here.

I was here at about 3:00PM on Dec. 17, 2016. I was the first person waiting in the line at that time. One of the tellers started saying something in my direction. I thought she was talking to me so I walked up to her counter. But she gave me a look: "I am not talking to you". GREAT customer service!! Will never visit again.

Just average service, staff is very cold, and they would not show interest in you as a valuable customer!! On one incident I gave $3350 to teller for deposit , who put just $3150 in my account , when I asked her to recount then it found out be 200 more, strange ae, we never expect such kind of blunder from a bank employee. I like their hours which is kind of extended than other Scotia branches.

I find the parking lot at this location exceptionally difficult. I came in for U.S. cash the other day (Not much, just a few hundred, and had to wait awhile for a timer thing of some sort because there was no American in the vault and the personal till was on a timer. Found it odd, but what can you do? Overall - bright, clean, and a serve yourself Keurig coffee station but not my favourite Scotiabank.
