  My wife and sons have been going to Janita for years. She always does a great job. She's very friendly and personable and even has candies for the kids. I would get her to cut my hair as well, but I don't have enough left. 😃

  Had my first hair appointment today! Janita was very welcoming, listened to my concerns and helped me find some ways to manage my dry, fine hair. We discussed haircare routine and also products that would work best for my hair type and I left her salon feeling refreshed with a fantastic modern cut that added volume and texture without losing too much length.

  Needed a new go-to salon in the area and I’m so glad I found this place! Janita is awesome, but my hair exactly how I wanted it and dyed it the perfect colour. Gave helpful tips and is super fun to talk to as well. Will definitely be going back!

It's turned out a healthy curly natural hair. The hair products works really well and I did the same as you recommended.

  This was my first haircut since moving to Edmonton a little over three years ago. I was nervous to find a new salon but I'm really glad I found Jantia. She's wonderful!
  
  She asked me about my styling, my hair care habits, etc. and worked with me to find a haircut that would support my hair's health and texture. She also gave a lot of tips on how to support my hair which is very fine and fragile. She is also really personable to talk to and accommodating. Will definitely be returning to her. Thank you Janita!

  Went in for the first time for a trim and undercut maintenance and was impressed with Janita's knowledge and service. She did an initial consultation and asked great questions about my hair care habits and needs. She also provided excellent hairstyle and product suggestions while taking my preferences and budget into account. As a very nice bonus, got a lovely long head massage during the shampoo and got to enjoy her new massage chair during the whole wash!
  
  Now over a week later and still very happy with my cut and the additional framing pieces she suggested. Will definitely be going back.

  My first time visiting this salon based on 5* reviews, and now I see why. I can add my own 5* review. I was asked many questions about how I wore my hair, my styling procedures and products used before my haircut began. I was very happy with my finished hair and was given many styling tips and tricks. In addition to a great haircut, I got a relaxing scalp massage during my wash, as well as a fun chat and visit.

  I had a wonderful experience at this place! I was accepted by the walk in the same day, Janita helped me figure out what I wanted and what would suit me. Janita took into account all my wishes, approached the process creatively, used different techniques while working, and I got a haircut that suits me very much! I plan to definitely return to this place for a good haircut and a friendly atmosphere!

  I thought I had found the perfect salon since being new to the city & looking for a new hairdresser but sadly I’m extremely disappointed. On our first call she was very helpful, knowledgeable & attentive. Was really looking forward to the consultation. Went to the consultation then nothing. Didn’t hear from her again. Have a very strong feeling I was “judged”. Maybe I’m not “good” enough to sit in her chair, I don’t know. Heres the thing, you don’t know me & as the saying goes don’t judge a book by its cover. You have no clue who I am. But what I do know, you’ve lost the potential of a life long client. And as more of my family & friends move here I will not be recommending they go here.
