“Awesome little store with Indigenous focused products. I came for beads, and they didn't have a lot of options, but I still left with some colours! The staff were super friendly and incredibly helpful when I had questions. Also, if you're looking for beaded jewelry, this is the place!”

“Really appreciate Sandra! She has helped me set up two stores. We are now upgrading several fixtures to transform our merchandising. She has clever suggestions that also keep the project on budget. Lots of units in-stock means my upgrades happen quickly.”

“I’ve been purchasing my business supplies from Eddie’s Hang-Up Display for years. They are quick to fulfill online orders for pickup and in-store shopping is a breeze with all the items on display. I’ve only had one small issue and the staff were quick to resolve it.”

“Great service, always seem to have what we're looking for. Today I had a tricky connection to put together, and Reuben went out of his way to find the right components to make it work. Looking forward to seeing more supplies on the heating side there now as well.”

“Needed a 12/3 in a soow to wire my buddies paint compressor. I'm out of Regina working out of work camps with no time, my buddy a commercial painter with a side gig - a paint job on a truck with an urgent deadline. Our schedules were making this job seeminly impossible. Add to this nightmare we arrived at the store at 4:25PM. The staff worked over past 4:30PM to ensure we got our cable. Much appreciated. If I ever start contracting in Edmonton these guys will be my main supplier for sure!”

“prices arent always the best- but super knowledgeable staff and helpful. The prices make sense when you dont get the service of a minimum wage employee who has no idea what their doing”

“In all my years as a disabled person, this is the first time in any Costco I was asked if I would like to use a cart. At first I was worried that I would have to grip the bar tightly to drive (like a quad) but this mobility cart is created for those with stiff to similar to arthritic hands or in general low hand mobility/dexterity. I really appreciate the guy taking time to ask me & then to give a quick tutorial. Great for left & right hand users too. Wasn't sure if the cart would hold the charge as it was questionable on the display (and they were all hushed together plugged in) but I made it to all my necessary items plus grabbed a few more as the charge seemed to be holding strong (I never did the crazy covid TP stock up, but for small wins of the day, it was kind of exciting to be able to reach that far back into the store & by myself vs asking friends to walk the distance on behalf of me). The mobility cart is a bit touchy & definitely don't want to take it down the shorter cut through aisles (as the turning radius isn't there with such a big basket). For the most part it gave me the freedom to do more of my own personal shopping (granted the getting up & down was quickly maxing out my knees) as I wasn't allocating shopping time & walking distance to what pain I'm in & what pain I will be in if I go any further on the hard cement floor. That's a huge deal in my mind to leave Costco only slightly worse than I entered. As I was shopping with my other 2 friends (as I usually go with at least one person to be my legs for the further distances &/or arms to help carry or push a cart), this was the first time in ages I could offer to be the one "driving the cart". We all got what we needed & were happily surprised to see self-checkouts installed at this location. Made it much faster than the traditional stand in line for 20 min. Not only are the self checkouts well spaced for those really big Costco carts & have a side area large enough for all the items you might buy but they had 3 staff on hand to help with self-checkout. One in particular that was very good at approaching someone disabled & very kind & observant with what would be harder to scan myself (basically everything larger in my cart). I think besides the fruit, I had 2 small boxes I scanned myself. Super fast. I don't know if all those tills are marked for disabled users or if I got lucky to find the right self-checkout till (it has the blue icon on the screen) but this staff member was really good at letting me know they could get someone else to assist me with loading in my vehicle (a first ever offered to me by Costco) & where to return the mobility cart. As I had my friends going with me into the parking lot, I wasn't too worried about loading. I could always call them over to help if needed. I sat back down to back the cart up & I had another Costco attendant almost behind me already offering to drive it back into the store for me. That way I didn't have to walk all the way back out. I don't know what kind of new hiring method Costco is doing but keep it up. Seriously. Those 3 employees deserve some gold stars! On a side note, I've shopped at this Costco for more years. There's still some work with other staff, aisle spacing & general customer awareness that would assist with the success of mobility carts being used regularly but this is definitely the right step towards becoming better for those that need more accessible options. Again, this is the first time I've ever noticed more than one mobility cart & long overdue to have staff that can recognize those that need assistance. Heck even give recognition that a box won't work for someone with a cane... I really hope this isn't a one off experience as honestly this could change how often I shop. Way to step it up Costco.”

“I wasn't going to leave a review however this is the 3rd time getting lunch here an my one slice of pizza has taken over 25 minutes. I needed to ask the lady where it was an they lost my ticket. (All three times. ) they were handing out pizza slices with higher numbers then mine. I understand it's hustle time but what are the chances it happens 3 times to the same person, within weeks of each other. Please do better.”

“Good place to shop for stuff if you are on budget. Was planning to do the flooring of a small portion of our basement to be used as exercise room. Saw rubbery wood grain floor tile for $60 a box covers 96 sq ft. Job was done for $120. It’s a hit or miss, but worth visiting. Some stuff may come across as a good surprise for cheap ! Customer service could be better tho..saw guy’s working there just wandering around, not helping.”

“I was last minute cake shopping for my niece and the lady putting out the baked goods said they had no birthday cake everything baked or baking is already pre-order. Then she remembered a cake in fridge and asked the ladies about it, they gave it to me maybe it was a cancelled cake. Whatever it was,the cake was perfect for my niece who is special needs. Thank you ladies baking at Costco, cake was good.”

“A solid liquidation business worth checking out. They have a lot of tools, not the best brand names, but for some small stuff you would maybe need they are cheap. The food and drinks they had was a decent selection and prices. They also have a pretty good selection of clothes and their FR work clothes were decent prices. Worth checking out but you will need to shop around for the decent deals.”

“Lets start by saying the only time I go to Costco is when a friend calls up and asks if I want to join them. I live alone so Costco to me is just not a place for me for groceries or anything. This store for some reason is so disorganized and a mess unlike the Nisku location ( which I prefer to go to ). Anyway, the parking lots are well spaced - which you never see anywhere else. The only thing was - empty shopping carts were all over the place and no one out there to collect them. So when we got inside getting a cart was about scarce as water in a dessert.I actually had to go outside to get one to use. Now the fun part... hot dogs $1.50.. yes please !!!!Clothing department was a complete disaster- it was a mess beyone anything I ever saw. I mean does no one just try to fold it up instead of just throwing it back on the shelf. As I walked around, there was a few samples being handed out but I resisted- probably because one was a plant based " Burger ".. pass ! I had enough of vegan food after dating a vegan for awhile. We got what we needed and headed to the check out counters. I did notice they have a self checkout area now as well. The line ups were long but wow it went really quick. I was impressed as to how quick they process their customers. The gas bar also had a long line - gas was $1,39 a liter ( nice change there ). Now to see other gas stations do the same. So basically .. Costco is great for families and bulk purchases .. or if you have a vacuum sealer this place is great for everything gigantic.”
