“Emma at St. Albert Costco helped us beyond her duties to renew our Costco cards. She was kind, knowledgeable, and professional! (We did NOT receive the same courtesy from the manager of card renewals at Winterburn Costco who was rude, abrupt, and dismissive of our problem renewing, so we went elsewhere.)”

“St. Albert Costco continues to be my favorite location. No matter how long the lines (even at Xmas) I've never waited more than 10 minutes to check out. This location has propane - bonus! So so cheap compared to prefilled tanks anywhere else. Love the large parking spots - why can't all parking lots be like Costco? My favorite can't live without Costco item - Rotisserie chicken (especially the day old ones in the cooler for $2 off) - they make the BEST stock and soup in the instant pot! Also shout out to the pharmacy with the LOWEST dispensary fees in the province! See you soon Costco, real soon! PS *Bring back the lattes and cappuccinos in the food court!*”

“Ed from the tire centre really came through! Thank you so much for squeezing me in after I had a flat tire on the highway and had to limp back to Costco for emergency support. It was super busy and the first person I spoke to said they wouldn’t be able to help me. But I made a few calls and then tried back later and Ed changed the tire and put on the spare for me, and got me back on the road. Thank goodness, and I am so grateful for his help when I was in such a pickle. Thank you, Ed! You rock!!”
