The guy khurram is the best in all Edmonton and the first official inspection guy of uber their prices for uber inspections are actually I would say 1/4 what other people charges in Edmonton and they took very limited time to inspect. Loved their work such a gentleman and humble guy I would recommend him to my every punjabi and Indian Canadian brothers to come to him and get best prices in city

Money money money greedy. This is his goal. Very bad experience. He give estimate of 400 and then make bill of 799.
He is fighting with someone related to bill when i go there and same thing happen with me..... charged extra by adding shop supplies. When i asked he said this is environmental fee. That fee has already beed included in price before.

I had an appointment at 11am I showed up the guy that’s doing my Inspection wasn’t here there was an old guy may be around 80 years old did not know how to talk English and was very hard to communicate with him. He told us to wait outside until the guy comes so I can do my inspection. It’s 11:30am right now. I tried calling the inspection guy they would hang up on me. Don’t waste your time here go to another place.

Very unprofessional, no system, charged me $228 for a single pad change labour ,After finishing the work, the meter and brake light started coming on, after taking advance money and wasting 2 weeks of time, still the work was not done properly. Lies a lot and doesn't even have the sense to talk to the customer.

It's not related to the service, and I don't normally write complaints, but I feel the need to share my recent experience as it directly impacted my detailing business. About a week ago, I received a call from this shop requesting a quote for detailing one of their vehicles. The employee asked me to come by their shop to take a look at the car.
I took the time to travel to their location and provided a quote in person. That employee then told me to call back around 11Am or 12Pm the next day, saying that if the owner was interested, he would get in touch with me, I followed up as instructed l, only to be told the owner hadn't come in yet and to wait for a response. When I asked if there was any way to contact the owner directly-since I needed to prepare and carry my equipment each day - they had no solution for me.
To this day, i have never heard back from them.
Whats more concerning is what I was told by their own employee, that the car was from an auction and the owner regularly buys vehicles this way, assuming trying to cowbell retailers just to flip the car at a much higher price later. This attitude of disrespecting service providers and wasting people's time is not acceptable.
It's unfortunate to see businesses treat others like this. Im sharing my experience so fellow retailers can be aware and vlavoid the same situation.
