Worst phone call of my life. Whoever answered the call was snarky and legit hung up on me. Will NEVER be getting my business.

Great service from the team. Honest and trustworthy advice too.
We stopped going to Honda as they kept pushing products on us. Will definitely be using these guys moving forward.

These guys are one of the best kept secrets in Edmonton when it comes to Toyota vehicles. My wife has been giving them her business for a decade at least and now that I own a Toyota so do I.

This auto shop is excellent! My husband decided to search for Toyota specialists in the city after receiving a quote from “our dealership” to repair a squeak coming from the front drivers side wheel. The quote we received was simply not reasonable for a maintained 2020 4 runner. It was 25% of the value of the car! No one in their right mind could accept that quote. It included a bunch of work that just did not make sense to my husband given the mileage of our vehicle, the regular maintenance we kept up and previous warranty work. So he found Wilson’s! Wilson’s assessed the problem, took video of the problem and explained it to us. They explained that, actually,
the root of the problem was from a strut being installed incorrectly under warranty at the dealership and that the dealership should be fixing the problem under warranty. Not wanting to return to “our dealership”, we left the car at Wilson’s for repair. They repaired our vehicle, focused on what was necessary and did not make up unnecessary work they could charge us for. They have built trust and clearly have a lot of experience. They are pros, just like the old days when mechanics knew what they were doing, took pride in their work and were great at it because they have experience and learned from the best. Not only can they do the work, they can explain what they did and educate you. Full transparency from these gentlemen! This shop is truly fantastic. We love our Toyota and now we know where to bring it when something breaks.

Honestly very frustrated with my experience here. I went here because they seemed to have decent reviews. I should have known when I called and asked to get the shift solenoid cleaned out and they didn't know what I was talking about there would be an issue. I went to drop it off this morning mentioning what I wanted done again, a cleaning of the shift solenoid and a drain and fill of ATF. So I mentioned this twice prior to them taking the vehicle, rather then just asking the tech if it can be done I was assured "the techs know what they are doing". I got a call from the tech shortly after and he recommended a drain and fill and liquid moly additive. Sure that seems reasonable I asked about the shift solenoid, the main thing I was looking to get done and they said they didn't do that there. Google, 2001 Honda accord shifting delay, and right there in the list is shift solenoid. The tech tried to tell me it was in the transmission. I explained it is not and there are 3 bolts on the outside and it looks like 2 little silos. I have heard from 2 others that had shifting issues that this fixed it immediately it was what I wanted done. I bet they don't even use the oem Honda ATF. Car is shifting the same. I'm never going back here and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking to get a specific item done. What a waste of my time there are plenty of other shops that would do what the customer asks for. Now I need to do this on my own time which is what I was paying to avoid. Say no on the phone next time and don't waste everyone's time.
