I really like this store. Staff is very helpful and kind. The store is well kept and organized. Everyone is dressed nicely and looks good. Always say hello when I walk in. I've been going to this store for close to 4 years now. I don't live in the neighborhood anymore, I do drive the 30 minutes to go there because it's one of the best Wine and Beyond in the city. Thank you for the great service everyone ?

Normally my experiences at this store are very positive. It’s a clean store with good stock and professional/ friendly workers. Yesterday was very different. Went in to grab some beer and when I went to check out I was not even given a hello, I was instead greeted with “I really hope you have ID, so I don’t have to kick you out.” I’ve never had someone be so rude and blunt about an ID before. Its left me feeling uncomfortable to enter again. I’ve been a consistent customer there for 5 months and probably won’t be going back.

Somewhat more snooty and pretentious than other locations with regards to customer service. When looking for product from checked at another location, their Stock was inaccurately reported.
