I like this home sense, you do get lots of fresh stuff in every week. Staff are friendly. Nothing to complain about.

I called every single home sense in the city looking for a rug priced at $500 because they don’t have the system to check other stores , so you have to call yourself . I had the style number handy , every store checked for me except the Windermere location , Jen answered the phone and she claimed she was very busy to do so her and the coworkers. Very Poor customer service and workmanship.

This store is utterly dishonest—they double-charged me for the same item!
On Sunday night, I purchased an item, but due to the cashier's careless mistake in not properly removing the security tag, the exit alarm went off. They took my entire cart back to rescan everything. In the process, they left one of my items behind in the cart.
When I returned to the store on Monday to inquire about the missing item, I was shocked. Not only did the store manager deny any responsibility, but I also discovered the exact same item was already back on the shelf for sale!
This is unacceptable. They should have held the item for pickup, not put it back on the shelf to resell. This is outright fraud and blatant dishonesty.

I am giving 5 stars for HomeSense. This is a great place for linens, dishes, sundries, etc. You have to look, but it’s worth it. I got a trifle dish here for $14.95. The best I could get on line was $49.99. I don’t look for clothes at Winners so can’t rate it.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service experience I had at your store today, November 30, around 12:00 PM. The cashier at register #4 provided extremely poor service, which negatively impacted what was meant to be a special shopping day for my children and me.
The cashier seemed visibly upset, and her communication was unclear due to her mask and tone. As someone with basic English skills, it was even more challenging for me to understand her due to her lack of patience and understanding. What concerned me the most was how she handled the situation when she rudely grabbed the box of toys I was holding, along with making gestures and noises that clearly expressed her annoyance.
I understand how difficult this type of job can be, and I don't expect all employees to come to work in a happy mood, especially if they are dealing with personal problems. However, it is reasonable to expect basic customer service, meaning respectful and professional treatment. This is not personal; it’s simply what is needed to ensure a positive experience for customers.
Additionally, I wonder if your company ensures active breaks or moments of relaxation for your staff, as well as mental health support programs. A relaxed and supported team can provide a better customer experience, which benefits everyone.
This experience was frustrating and disappointing, especially for my children, who were excited about shopping for toys and clothes. We left the store feeling upset instead of satisfied.
I kindly request that you review this matter and ensure all staff members are reminded of the importance of offering respectful and patient customer service. Every customer deserves to feel welcomed and valued, regardless of language barriers or other circumstances.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to seeing improvements in the future.
