Drive 35 minutes to get there. Wandered around the showroom for 20 minutes and didn't appear to be staff anywhere. Walked out and thought we'd go back in to see if anyone had shown up. Lady at the desk finally. Was told she was busy and to look around. We had already looked around for 20 minutes. Left and will never return or recommend to anyone. Worst customer service I have ever experienced!!!

Parts department personnel are good, but their prices are somewhat expensive compared to other suppliers. As far as the showroom staff is concerned, I give them a big zero. I have purchased wholesale and installed over 20 toilets, multiple fixtures, bath tub surrounds, sinks. Yet, their showroom staff are condescending, arrogant, and all around rude and irritated that a customer would bother them to ask them a question. I am interested in purchasing an elongated Toto toilet that was on display. Well, despite the fact they had over a dozen discontinued toilets on the display floor, they refused to price any of them for sale. The reason, the manager gave, was that the toilets might be missing a part that would result in the toilet leaking. AH? That was it, nothing further. No help. So I left and took my money and business elsewhere.

The lady work in front was so rude …I only ask her how the WATER HEATER COME IN BOX OR WITHOUT BOX..because I need to transport in truck …she just don’t want to help me for that simple question…she said it not her job and just take a sit instead…this is not good customer service so sorry for her…need more educate people to work in front.

Had to buy a new hot water tank. I'm fairly knowledgeable, but don't know everything obviously. The staff here treated me with respect and made sure I had everything I needed.
