The service and the feelings one gets from this place is just awesome. The small town personnel approach is reassuring and trust is quickly established. Their knowledge of my Mercedes probably exceeds those of the heritage valley dealerships. Their reasonable pricing makes them my first choice for all of what my baby needs.

Having known Don and Rob from their previous lives, I gravitated to World Class and have had my E500 serviced here for many years. Both of them are super easy to work with. Their mechanics talk directly to me about any particular issue. They are mindful of the cost of parts and have fixed any issue right the first time. I previously brought my GLK in here for repairs the dealership found during a service but the cost was significant to have it fixed there. Through a recommendation, I found my way to World Class. Don was transparent with the cost and everything was done in a timely manner. I had a burnt front light and the dealership quoted me around $190 (part not included) for the labor. I came back to Don who was able to help me out in a pinch and it only took 5 mins to do. Will be recommending my family/friends to come here!

World Class Auto was highly recommended to me a number of years ago by a coworker. I have been bring my 2014 C300 to them for a few years now and plan to continue that for many years to come. When I feel that it is getting due for any service I discuss it with them and they give me their very honest opinion. I have found their pricing very reasonable and the quality of their service excellent.
