I was initially worried when the final cost was a bit higher than expected, but Eg,Ryan, and Preston at YEG Movers Ltd definitely delivered! Despite the increased cost, they still managed to complete my move within the estimated 7 hours. The movers were professional, efficient, and handled my belongings with care. I'm so grateful for their hard work and dedication. Highly recommended!"

We hired YEG movers as we got a flyer in our mail. The scheduling process was great and easy. The movers were nice enough however… we were charged more than double the estimate, the movers put a box labelled fragile on the bottom of several heavy boxes resulting in a leak in the item in the box which the movers pointed out with no apology and did not seem to care, they got stuck in the elevator at our new place which the elevator tech said was their fault then they tried to charge us for the hour they were stuck in the elevator and we had to argue with them about it, we explicitly told them not to leave the front door propped open as management warned us about that, we were told that would be no problem, then we learn they were propping the door open and we then had to deal with a very upset manager, movers started at 830 ish and were not done until about 630pm which was way later than we were told they would be done resulting in serious inconvenience to us. Not a good experience at all.

Though we were able to book YEG MOVERS at last moment, Tony accommodated us with same day slot. Mandeep and team did really good work. So professional, explained all the terms and conditions prior to commencement of work. We had lot of stuffs, team handled them with care and moved to our apartment without any damage! Would recommend them anyday!

Phenomenal company!!! I called very stressed needing a moving company ASAP. I spoke with Leanne who was fantastic. She helped arrange everything I needed as well as a storage unit. She made the whole process completely stress free. The company as a whole was very communicative and just very helpful throughout the process. On the day of the actual move they arrived 15 minutes early which was perfect. They wrapped everything up very nicely and took great care of my mom’s things. Kaleb, Ricky Lam, and Riqy Bobby were fantastic to work with and made the day go by so much quicker. Couldn’t have asked for a better company. Will be using them in the future and recommending to everyone.
