I highly recommend yoga teacher Wen to the queer and trans community, or anyone looking for a very inclusive yoga experience! I haven't experienced better, anywhere.I'm taking her prenatal course, it's 10/10!

We offer a variety of classes, workshops and training’s, from your classical Hatha, Yin, Ashtanga, Restorative, Gentle, Beginner practices to more specialized classes.
Our studio is fortunate to have a wonderful team of instructors who share our values and are committed to living our mission. Some of our instructors have been at the studio since the beginning and others completed their training with us through our Teachers Training Program.
