Best bank I've ever delt with. They seem to truly care about Albertans. I've renegotiated a mortgage, without an appointment, in person, as a walk in. Lowest interest rates and down payment (at the time, compared to the big 5). have had issues delt with, after hours by SMS text in the past! these are actual human beings running a bank like it was in 1980.You will never feel like just a number here :) I will never willingly go back to any of the big 5 banks. Thanks ATB. :D

ATB gave me a mortgage at an extremely low rate when my own bank wouldn't. I feel ATB believes in Alberta and Albertans! Forever grateful

Do not deal with this branch under any circumstances. In particular stay away form Anna Becker on the business side. She is completely dishonest, malicious and incompetent. In addition, there is no accountability mechanism for staff that act this way in the Edson branch. If you want your business to be held randsom by the banking personal at the Edson ATB branch then this is the perfect place to do your banking. Otherwise avoid it like the plague.
