Family member purchased a pre-owned Chevrolet Avalanche from this dealership. Salesman was an older gentleman who was highly unprofessional and racist. We haven’t been back to this dealership since. Deplorable conduct.

Mechanical work completed was good
The hostility I received when asking questions regarding additional charges was awful. The initial question to understand additional charges led to more questions in which the personal treated me with extreme hostility for asking anything further.

I stopped in at 530 pm hoping they were open to look at my Jeep Cherokee that was making noise. Traveling from Vancouver to Morinville. Nick at the front desk was so helpful. They looked at my jeep right away. It needed work and they had parts ordered for the next morning and even drove me to a hotel and picked me up. Everyone was super friendly and they went above and beyond to make sure I had a safe ride. Thank you for a pleasant experience during what was a stressful travel day. Your professional staff deserve a raise ?

The customer service we received from Travis was by far the best! We used to deal with the city dealerships in the past, and never received the same customer service like Travis’s. We will definitely support local thanks to him!

Walked in off the street with an electrical issue in my care they put it on the machine reset the cliche sent is on our way no charge and gave us coffee. Excellent people and service

You guys have gone above and beyond to help my wife and mother in-law when they broke down and managed to make it to the dealership. Wendy, Nick, Travis, and the apprentice that was working that day a long with the gentleman who drove them to Tim’s to get some food and figure out what they wanted to do. I cannot thank you all enough from the bottom of our hearts for how much you all helped them out to make the experience a little less stressful. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. By far the worst dealership to visit. The service manager Wendy is rude and clueless. The sales staff are incompetent and that’s being kind. Avoid this place at all costs as they will rip you off. I would have put zero stars if it was an option.
