When you have a high priority package, and extra was paid for fast delivery, and all was well till it hit edson... and now even when I call in and customer service calls them to find out where my package is they can't find it..... this is not okay. I want my package. I get it, you busier with the strike. But then open on Saturday... this is a bit silly.

The worst delivery company that has ever existed !!!
How can they think that people are at home 24/7 to sign for their release paper ?? They will tell you, oh .. you can set up an online account and allow delivery without signature. What they don’t tell you though is that to create an account with them, you need to disclose your complete credit card info….. what a bunch of BS 😤😡
