I never deal with any other place I was dealing with sherwood park marine and freedom power sport Edson beat the price by far and very professional service they went over what I was expecting i highly recommend this place and I trust them give them a try

The website showed several items as “in stock,” but when I visited the store, I was told they weren’t available. When I brought this up at the service desk, the brunette employee I spoke with was incredibly rude. Instead of helping or offering a solution, she became even more dismissive when I showed her the listing online. Telling me that she knows what the website looks like and dismissive of what I had to say and telling me that I was dumb to drive there and not call before to make sure it was In stock.
Was going to buy 2 sleds and a deck here as well.
Poor customer service and misleading inventory—definitely won’t be shopping here again. I will go to Edmonton before I ever go in to this store again.

Excellent and honest service! After taking our machines for repair across various locations in Alberta, I can confidently say this has been the best experience to date. The team demonstrated a strong commitment to advocating for our warranty and consistently kept us informed about timelines. It is refreshing to find a shop with such expertise and professionalism.
We are willing to drive three hours out of our way to utilize their services, a sentiment shared by many in our community. Shawn in the service department is particularly knowledgeable and helpful, further enhancing our overall experience.

My sled was throwing a code. Stopped here on our 8 hour trip and these guys looked after me. A quick ECU reflash and power valve relearn and they had me on my way AND fixed the problem! Knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful people!

Amazing service! Shawn is on the ball and was able to get our RZR XP Turbo fixed up with a quick turnaround time. We’d make the trip here anytime for the great service these guys offer. The parts we got were also at a really good price!

Chris and his team really came through! Super polite and friendly people. Chris worked hard to get everything all lined up and man are we happy with the the new toy.
