“Subject: From 1-star to 5-star: Disappointments to IMPRESSIVEI am writing this review to express my disappointment and frustration with the order I placed on October 3rd. Despite the initial excitement of receiving my items, it quickly turned into a nightmare due to missing and broken parts of the bed frame. I have made multiple attempts to resolve the issue, but the lack of proper customer service and the delay in receiving replacements have left me extremely dissatisfied. Upon receiving the delivery and attempting to assemble the bed frame, I discovered that several parts were missing and some were even broken. This was a significant inconvenience and left me unable to complete the assembly process.In an attempt to rectify the situation, I personally visited the store and spoke to the manager. I explained the problem and was met with an unhelpful response. The manager simply stated, "That's weird, it says in our system that everything has been delivered." This lack of empathy and understanding was disheartening, as it failed to address the issue at hand.I diligently followed up with the store on a weekly basis to inquire about the replacement parts. Each time, I was assured that the items would be delivered within a week. However, to my disappointment, no one showed up on the promised delivery dates. This cycle of broken promises and failed deliveries continued for over a month.Despite my continuous efforts to resolve the issue, it has taken over a month and the replacement parts still have not arrived. This extensive delay is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the store's commitment to customer satisfaction. As a result, I have been unable to utilize the bed frame I purchased and have experienced unnecessary stress and inconvenience.My experience with this order has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing.
