Mike came out to my house out of town and resolve the issue , doesn’t get better than somebody standing behind their work!!!

Finished my shift to my car intermittently showing my oil symbol on my dashboard. Called the first place, got brought in immediately after a polite conversation over the phone. Had four guys immediately look at every possible angle of what could be wrong and walked away feeling very well taken care of. Shaun and another gentleman who I didn't get the name of, taller white guy with a gruff voice - 10/10 service from this location. Very grateful to go from finishing work, to getting this done, to starting a 200km trip home all in the same hour.

What kind of a oil change spot doesn't have a torque wrench, heading to the mountains and needed a quick torque since I got my tires changed yesterday and was turned away pretty rudely

We’re on a road trip for three months. Had to have oil change on my new Winnebago. Pour job!!! Very costly 130$ for my 2021 Ford transit.
They didn’t have the proper filter . Not the proper oil grade and updated the tire pressure with wrong pressure (the tech the door sticker wrong!!!!).
Would strongly not recommend to go there.

Stopped here today to have a oil change both bays were busy. Pulled up in front of one door was waiting about 30 min another car pulled in about 25 min after me and was taken almost immediately. I was always under the impression it was first come first served as with all other locations I have gone to. I can tell you one thing I will never go back to the Edson location if that's how you treat your customers. I have been in business all my life and this is not how to grow your business
