I had a last minute fuel leak while in Canmore on business. These guys got me in 4 hours after my initial call and 3.5 hours after that the leak was fixed and I was on my way. Dave the mechanic and Charlie the scheduler really made my day and turned a bad situation into no big deal. Thanks to all!

I highly recommend Exshaw Auto Truck and Bus as the best mechanic in the Bow Valley, hands down, and I've been to more than a few. Honest, friendly, and professional, with quick turn around time and fair rates. The free of charge courtesy vehicle (just pay for the gas you use) is a premium amenity that makes choosing this shop a no brainer. Thanks Ian and Charlie, keep up the great work!

We had what we thought was a radiator leak and was in an auto-parts store trying to figure something out and almost bought one of those liquid sealant things. Luckily we ran into Ian who just happened to be in the store to pick something up. He gave us excellent advice and was kind enough to squeeze us in at his shop. The guys got us all sorted out, charged a reasonable amount, and was able to clearly explain to us what the problem was. Excellent service and very knowledgeable staff. Too bad we’re from out of town or we’d switch mechanics in a heartbeat. Thanks for saving our vacation Ian!

Ian went above and beyond to assist us, and we were even provided a loaner vehicle until ours could be repaired. I would travel here from Calgary for all my truck servicing.

Brought my truck in to have a flat tire repaired. Tire was unrepairable but the guys here put my spare on for me to get home. Got me in right away, awesome guys!

I brought my 2002 Suzuki Bandit 1200S to get some new rubber and good once over. It was a frustrating experience but not because of anything they did (parts delay, intermittent issues had to bring it back). When I got the bike back the first time, I took it out for a few rides and it didn't seem right, so I reached out and gave them as much detail as I could about what was happening. The response was immediate accountability and an offer to take care of everything, including transporting the bike back to the shop. The new issue was resolved and the bike now runs great. If I give them five stars, it's as a reminder that we're all human, we're all doing out best, and an honest shop that takes pride in their work and responsibility when something goes sideways is always more important to me than anything else.
