Not that there is anything wrong with this particular branch, but cibc literally won’t allow people to have access to their money when direct deposit isn’t an option and it feels like the staff don’t care about peopleNeeding to pay their bills and eat on a thanksgiving long weekend. I as well as my partner will switch over to a bank that values or service and is fair to us as cibc has not been.
