These guys are amazing, right from the moment I entered the building, to leaving the bay. Friendly, polite, and went well above customer service. Thank you again to the staff! I made it safely to GP and then back to my family at -45, because of you guys! ?

The service here is top notch, no complaints at all about how I was treated. They bent over backwards to fit me in and got the work done in a timely manner. The billing side, however, was a bit dodgy in my admittedly limited experience (I usually do my own work). The shop rate was very good and I have no problem paying well for good work, but parts cost through the nose. I was charged somewhere between 200 and 250 for bearings for a trailer. When I got home, I looked up the prices from various sources from Napa, Lordco, Canadian Tire and online and found that none of them would have cost me more than $80 and from an online Canadian source not much more than $40.00 for the four bearings, races and seals. I don't know if it's their supplier, which is probably Napa and in a much more remote location than my home, or just a very high shop markup, but it did leave a bad taste in my mouth. From now on I bring spare hubs with new bearings in them as well as two sets of spare bearings and the tools I'll need to do this job myself. Total cost for all of these parts will be around $200.00 - enough for three bearing replacements including spare hubs. I guess this is the price you pay for rush work when you are on a schedule, but I don't have to like it.
