I had a serious blond moment yesterday morning and left my oil cap off after filling the basin (I have worn piston rings) so naturally I lost it on the drive, along with all my freshly applied oil. I happened to be near Forestburg when I discovered this and pulled into Mitchs shop to see what could be done until I could order a new cap. The gentleman who helped me was very friendly, and beyond helpful. He was so understanding of my situation and I am vefy grateful for it. I will bring my business here again the next opportunity I have.

My experience at Mitches was far from satisfactory. The customer service lacked professionalism and the staff seemed disinterested. The mechanical work on my vehicle was subpar, requiring multiple returns for the same issue. The pricing was unreasonably high for the mediocre service provided. Additionally, the shop's cleanliness and organization left much to be desired. I would caution others to explore alternative options before considering Mitches for their automotive needs.

Amazing and friendly service. Got our truck fixed quickly and went out of his way after the service to help us with other questions we had. 100% recommend Mitch's Mechanical!

I had heard good things about Mitch’s Mechanical and when I went there I was quoted very similar to other auto body shops . The real difference came when I went to pay the bill and it was much less than I was quoted and done very fast . Great service and exceptionally quick service !
