I was extremely disappointed by my experience with the doctor during an ER visit. I arrived anxious about a bleeding wound, and to my shock, the doctor barely looked at it and then when she did, she called it "disgusting." This was incredibly unprofessional and made me feel humiliated.
I want to acknowledge the nurses, who were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. They were attentive and ensured I had enough gauze and other supplies. However, the doctor's behavior was unacceptable. I even overheard her chastising the nurses very loudly, which created a tense and uncomfortable atmosphere. To make matters worse, she never even bothered to tell me I was discharged!
I ended up calling another doctor for a second opinion because I felt so dismissed and unheard. I strongly advise seeking care elsewhere if you're looking for a doctor who demonstrates basic compassion and respect for their patients.

Worst patient care we have ever received. Nursing staff never checked on how my wife was feeling even though she mentioned she was experiencing chills, fever, etc. we spent more than 5 hours in emergency, 2 of those hours were spent in one of the care rooms, nurses walking past would look at the floor, no eye contact and certainly no sense of caring.
Nurses were more interested in joking with each other than comforting patients.
This medical Center needs an overhaul as do their staff.
Absolutely Brutal!!’

Friendly staff all around at emergency care tonight: from the person that checked me to Dr. Parvanov - thank you! Bed was open quickly which was just a bonus. Thanks again all - and keep up the good work because it is much appreciated!

I had to visit the emergency dept on Saturday afternoon and I have never received such excellent and professional care. I was only in the waiting room for about 15 minutes before they came for me. The Doctor and nurses were very concerned about my condition and they were very thorough in diagnosing my condition. They all worked very well together.

If 0 stars were an option I would put that.
They turned a relative of mine away twice while they were in genuine medical distress, but they aren't even open today (Sept 9, 2021)
Save yourself the time, and go straight to Lethbridge if you are having an emergency.

I wish the receptionist on Saturday was more pleasant and helpful. Her tone suggests otherwise. People have bad days But everytime I call?! Some need more customer service etiquette skills to answer that phone. When you need some empathy when really sick... a nice friendly voice helps.

Came in on wednesday for pain. Determined it was kidney and bladder infections. Prescribed antibiotics. Friday at 10:00am I came in again as the pain is now way worse and it’s now noon and I’m still sitting here. Not once have they asked my pain level, not once have they acknowledged me, Other than handing me a cup to pee in, taking blood pressure and temp. The attitude is so rude from the nurses too. Never more than one doctor on. If you aren’t dying you don’t matter to the nurses. Every time I’ve been in this hospital I’ve been treated this way and I always feel like an inconvenience. Horrible hospital but the only option in this town

I had to go into ER last night Because I slipped and broke my leg and ankle. The staff were amazing from xray to nurses and Dr. Treated me very well and all new there jobs. I wish I could say the same for other hospitals in the area. So please ignore most of the other people's reviews on there website.
Once again I would like to thank you all for looking after me.

Most doctors need to go back to school. They misdiagnosed a friends gallstones for constepation, and some won't listen

Care of patients lacks big-time. Sometimes long waiting to see a physician. Seems like they have medical treatment based upon Religion and National background.
