The appointment booking was also much sooner than with other local shops. They diagnosed and resolved engine problems with my Buick Encore. I would highly recommend them for mechanical work.”
“2nd Review August 9/2023: Tirecraft fixed my Cooper tire FREE! What a surprise as I didn't know that there was free patching on tires purchased at Tirecraft. Plus, last week, the TEAM fixed my Palisade leaking tire that had a drill bit stuck that was picked up on the roads somewhere. GREAT SERVICE. Thank you.1st Review in 2021: Since Tirecraft beside Shamrock Maintenance has been open I have purchased all my replacement tires and some rims for my various vehicles - one that is 18 years old. “Had a good mechanic Mathew come meet me in the bush was stranded there with a sensor issue he went above and beyond think he may have saved my life was -23 and no heat. He was professional and fixed the sensor he had a portable shop with tons of parts. I was very impressed with there service was awesome”

“This is not a fake review, and I usually don’t write reviews. However, I had such a great experience that I felt compelled to share. I was referred to them by Fix Auto, Fort McMurray after my windshield washer fluid stopped working. I had my hood replaced in Edmonton, but they incorrectly installed the wiring.
The staff here was incredibly helpful. They accepted me as a walk-in and even offered to fix the issue at no cost if it wasn’t a major repair—definitely not something you expect in Fort McMurray! Rett, the service technician, and Paula at the service desk were especially kind and accommodating.

My new review- Manager went above and beyond to help me. Every time I call now, the phone is answered. I have been put on a quick hold once, but they returned to the call promptly. They have a new manager, and I believe she is turning the shop around.”
