I had a great shopping experience from this store.
The sales associate by the name of Jacob was amazing , he helped me to his best abilities , his customer service was excellent.
The store was well stocked and I will surely visit again.

Our organization had a HUGE purchase to make, and the staff at this location were extremely helpful over the phone and in person when the purchase was made. Right from the greeting, to boxing and transferring to the vehicle outside the building. Thank you Dayna for all of your help on this order!

Had a horrible customer service experience with a woman named amber. She was extremely rude and pushy as I was trying to shop for my anniversary. I really enjoy coming here because the candles are amazing but this interaction made me rethink about shopping at this location.

A woman with red hair and a red shirt working on August 31, 2023 was extremely rude and condescending. Her name tag said Amber I think. This interaction left me with a very bad taste in my mouth and I walked out without purchasing anything because I didn’t want to support such appalling behaviour. It seems like this woman would create a very unpleasant working environment and toxic workplace. I felt bad for her coworkers having to deal with such a disgusting woman. Everyone has bad days, but this was unacceptable. I suggest management takes a serious look into who they having working the front of their store. I will not be supporting this business anymore and will shop from Edmonton or Calgary stores and have it shipped to my home.
