I would like to start off with their exceptional customer service. The ladies at the front desk were super helpful. Help me picked the best colour responsible for my project. Secondly, the location is very convenient for anyone who is living in Uptown. I use paint for two of my projects and it turned out very well! Will definitely be using them for my future project as well

Came up to Fort McMurray to do a painting project for my daughter on a very compressed timeline. The staff at Absolute Serendipity were simply outstanding! It started with a call from across the country at which time they gave me invaluable advice on paint selection based on quality of finish versus dry time, which rollers were far superior to foam (and were they ever!), advice on colour choice, it was as beneficial to me as had I been to the store in person! They allowed me to call and purchase the paint over the phone the day before I arrived and even delivered it directly to my daughter's house for no extra charge - and with a thank you note for shopping local! Such excellent customer service is hard to find these days. This place is a real gem! Well done!
