This place is absolutely wonderful, they give the best prices in town, as well as the best service, I’ve been around for 43 years and I just started going to bishop towing and salvage, best decision to go there you can help your self get a good price and some amazing people out there, I recommend you should give it a try, as well as towing he is a professional he’s very fast moving well being very professional

I would not recommend Bishop’s Towing and Salvage. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude and unprofessional. She made the whole experience unpleasant. Customer service should be about respect and assistance, but that was completely lacking here. I won’t be using their services again and suggest others look elsewhere for parts.

Definitely worst junk yard I’ve ever seen yard Is in terrible condition barely walk in stuff stacked and cars way to close can even get in most and the hours anyone with a full time job can’t even make it before closing without taking a day off and will never give you anything for a scap cad I had a 2010 Honda civic with a blown head gasket other than car was fine all the way around I even drove it over needed it gone that day had to move and couldn’t take it they wouldn’t give me a dime

Does not know what is in yard, in any capacity. No idea what ends up in the yard or where it is. When you walk out to the pick a part, you have to pretty much walk through a battlefield. Then you have to walk back to negotiate a price. Then back out again dragging a trolly across a field of mud and debris.
No way to get a vehicle in there to load up without wrecking yourself and no support what so ever. It’s as though you being a customer is a inconvenience to them.

I told them I was in a hurry and they said “ no problem, we are just down the road, we can be there right away” but they took longer than an hour to come boost me. I gave them my company card over the phone and requested they email me receipt but it never came. So I called them again a week or so later and asked for one, they sent it later that day. But when the email arrived, the “receipt” didn’t have any dollar amounts on it. After several attempts to get ahold of them, they said they would correct it and resend. But again, they just sent the same “receipt” without any dollar amounts. I mean, giving a customer a receipt should be fairly easy you’d think. I gave up and just reported it as a missing receipt expense to my company.
BEWARE, dealing with these guys is like pulling teeth.

First time out here. Pick and pull was sorted by make. Most vehicles seemed to be between 2000-2010 and prices comparable to Edmonton P&P. I Was looking for 2010 corolla ignition coils ($20 each but they didn't have any for my engine size). Staff in the office were super friendly! They also had some old VW busses that would make a cool project!
