I open an account for my children and without our permission They seize ithe entire account I have never seen a bank like this. If they suspected something they should give us a call now my daughter cannot access to anything.

Been with BMO for over 20 years and my experience with this bank this past Saturday was awful and I’m considering taking my finances elsewhere. Two people working, one was talking in another language to her friend for over 20min and the teller that helped me (black woman) refused my certified check from RBC because she personally did not trust the check.

Appointments needed for loans, mortgages, and financial advice. No appointment needed for till services. ATMs are inside the vestibule, so they are warm and safe.

Very poor service , unorganized, chaotic and unprofessional staff , they kept talking to each other in Hindu while processing my request for payments .They did not get the work done properly I had to reach out to my branch in Calgary to fix it.

I went to this branch in franklin avenue to open an account and met Ms Monica a personal banker. She is amazing, she assist us and answers all our query, she even gave us some insights here in fortmcmurray as we are new. She is one of a kind.

Opened an account about 3 weeks ago, and today I went to this branch to inquire about something. My first ever interaction was with a staff named Monica. Zero customer service skills. She was busy signing some papers while I awkwardly stand there after she called me up. No friendly, professional language. Asked me some really stupid questions. She must reallu hate working there! Don't BMO banks require/provide any sort of customer service training? That was an awful first encounter.

Terrible customer service, rude and unprofessional staff. They should all take a basic course on basic customer service and how to serve clients. Avoid this branch AT ALL COST!!! Would give zero stars if I could. This branch made numerous errors and takes zero responsibility. I've been to numerous BMO branches across the country and this is by far the worse there is.
