The worst customer service I have ever seen from all aspects. Been there couple times. I am not someone who write reviews often. But this time I cannot stop myself. Whoever managing this store, you guys need some serious change on the team. Thank you!!

I hate this store, each time I’ve gone in there I’ve walked out with nothing because not one person looks at you, acknowledges your existence or speaks to you. I’m surprised this business hasn’t shut down yet. I support retail workers cause I was one of them, but not these girls. Brutal!!!

Went in to do a simple return, the manager on shift was the only one that could help me and she would not come out of the back to assist me. She ended up making me wait over an 30mins. When she decided to help me the 2 young sales associates stood between her, one of them a young male with dark hair and glasses eating his yogurt behind the till and trying to hold back his laughter and whispering to the young female associate. When he realized i was watching him he looked down and covered his mouth again trying not to laugh. It was an extremely uncomfortable experience that did not need to happen! The customer service here is atrocious to say the least.

I wish the management & staff would change here. The animosity and unprofessionalism is so clear as soon as you walk into the store, not a welcoming environment at all.

Went in with my sons today, thought there would be plenty of boxing day sales and was disappointed there wasn't as many as advertised on the website. That part is understandable as it is corporate's decision on sales.What bothered me was the utter lack of customer service. There was about 4 sales clerks standing around the til, not doing much, one was folding a few things, acting busy, the other three, did not greet anyone and one was on her cell phone as I inquired about the sales. There were about 8/9 customers in the store and not one was approached or greeted.My prior experience was also not great. The line up was huge while only one til was open.Not sure what happened but when the previous owners (Campus) operated the store, it was full on customer service with both tils in use.
