I was followed very unprofessionally around the store like having this many tattoo’s makes me a thief the “secret shopper” couldn’t even be discreet allowing me my dignity followed me around peeping around isles I’ve never stolen nor been charged for shop lifting this was just ugly discrimination for my appearance never have I felt the need to bother with a review I just wanted to share the ignorant and discriminative behaviour that has me so completely offended also no tellers open and in 15 minutes wait at customer service watching employees stand and talk oddly enough wondering if there talking about me and my apparently imaginary career in petty theft adding fuel to my fire tonight they disgraced Canadien in Canadien tire

Careful what you buy here because even if it’s broken they make you feel like it’s your fault for returning it. Lady I don’t care if you have to throw it in the garbage. If it doesn’t work then it probably belongs in the trash. Terrible service constantly at this location.

I want to acknowledge the Service department to understand the urgency of my mechanical problem and be able to fix my problem within the hour while other local businesses would not even would not even want to look at the problem. Thanks for the repair and also thanks for the kindness and the smiles.

Aisles are messy, very few employees outside of cashiers can help you with the easiest of questions. Not a fan at all. Go there for deals only.

It's just Canadian tire. Easy to see why Amazon is gaining so much ground.i have got to buy fishing lures 3 times and consistently leave with nothing. Then go home and buy from Amazon

The store gets a 5 star, the manager of the outdoor store gets a 1 1/2. To not price match like every other store here does is crazy. Shop local they preach and in the same breath charge hundreds more.Good job
