They have been stocking up on products that are on sale more so that you can find what you want whe you want it. Staff is somewhat knowledgeable on the products.

Me feel bad for returning something very over priced. She needs to learn how to talk to customers because while I was waiting in line a customer had asked for the manager and she blatantly said “the manager is too busy for you”
Unbelievable she needs to be fired before she costs you more than she’s worth.

I was trying to get hold of the parts counter for a starter. I am not exaggerating when i said i called the store over 15 times over many hours between 11am and 2pm over three consecutive days. If i dial direct to parts counter i get a message Sandy is not available and no voicemail option. After many attempts i called the customer service a half dozen times till someone answered. They said they will go to the parts counter and get someone for me, put me on hold, i waited 45 mins on hold before giving up. Tried again the next day, same thing multiple times. Tried again a few days later, still nobody answers the phones. As far as i am concerned they should delete their phone # from their website. It should say drive here and ask because we don't answer the GD phones.....ever! Beyond useless. I removed the starter and drove there. They had the part! And it was 50$ cheaper than the other 2 auto parts suppliers in town. So that's a plus. Hey C.T., answer your GD phones!!!!!!

Battery Warranty Awesome!!!, I forgot my receipt, 3yrs Ago... They check my profile and they found it. replaced my old one easy pissy,... Employee is always helpful and kind, Customer services is wonderful.

The manager Gary is the worst manager I have come across. Instead of deescalating situations he escalates them. For the second time the Canadian tire staff wasted my time by making me wait for product at customer service that was never coming. Came into the store shopping for moving boxes but left an hour later with nothing and sat crying in my car afterwards. Last time my family will shop there when there is a perfectly good Rona down the street.

Had an appointment for 3pm to install new tires. Waited in the waiting area until 6pm, asked someone how much longer it was going to be. They told me it had been finished an hour ago, no one told me, no one tried to call me. Ridiculous.

Generally good, the storage put down the middle of the aisles makes it hard to maneuver and see the deals from the other side.
