I want to share my experience with this auto shop. While I don’t have any issues with their staff, I am deeply disappointed with what happened to my vehicle.
When I came to pick up my car, I immediately noticed that the hood was no longer aligned properly with the bumper, it was sitting about half an inch higher. The staff tried to assure me that this was a pre-existing condition, even showing me photos they claimed demonstrated a gap. While gaps may be normal, this kind of misalignment clearly was not, and it wasn’t an issue before I brought the car in.
As I was about to leave, I noticed that the warning light for tire pressure was on, indicating that I needed to add air to my tires. Despite adding air, the warning light on my dashboard wouldn’t turn off. Initially, I thought it might be due to the cold weather since the car had been sitting outside the shop, but even after adjusting the tire pressure, the issue persisted.
I also discovered that some pins or clips were missing from my car. This raises serious concerns about the quality of the repair and leaves me wondering how many other issues might still be uncovered.
This entire situation has caused me significant stress and dissatisfaction. I am left questioning whether something happened to my vehicle during the time it was at their shop that they have not disclosed.

Great experience working with the Carstar team. I had three separate jobs being completed, and my vehicle was repaired to "new" condition way ahead of the scheduled timeline, getting me back in my vehicle. On top of this, they provided me with a loaner vehicle, and they had also cleaned my vehicle up looking brand new, and washed my mats which wasn't expected but had it looking very sharp! I will definitely continue to recommend after the experience! One thing that always makes one cringe is thinking about whether it will be completed on time, or stuck without a vehicle. Carstar/Summit made this a breeze with great customer service, which is very nice to see. :)

Great experience, got in a fender bender during the first snow fall of the year and Car Star did a great job getting my truck fixed up and me back in the drivers seat, everything from the ladies at the front desk to the service of my trucks bumper being fixed was great. No alignment issues or anything. Highly recommend this body shop for a great customer experience overall.

Good people, honest estimates.
I went to them to have a quote done for finishing and painting and aftermarket hood. The estimator brought out one of the body technicians and they explained all the issues with the aftermarket hood.
In the end we decided not to go through with the work, and they suggested I try to return the hood.
I appreciate their honesty.
We briefly went over some rust repair I am planning for the truck next year and they gave me a ballpark quote. I will be returning to them next year to do my body work.

I had my car gone there for repair through insurance but, this guys did such an horrible job. Even though my car was there for 1.5 months. When I went there to tell them to fix it the guy name corey came there and started making faults of other things instead of fixing it. I would really suggest you guys don’t fix your car here and tell your insurance company to fix it somewhere else. Trust me you will thank me later for this.

Was to inspect my vehicle, was covered in snow and ice, could not inspect it, they could not provide anything to clean off the ice and snow, agreed we would inspect it after the ice and snow was off, got home, cleared off the ice and snow, they neglected to put back on or even give me the bug deflector, they broke my windshield, I told them, they blamed me, ignored our agreement. Will never use their service again, there slim balls. Won’t be buying a car from them ether. They’re willing to scam a customer over a $350. Windshield. Just trash, nothing but trash. Beware of these people.

Did a great job repairing my Tesla Model Y. I had full trust in them the whole way through as since this would be a new vehicle for the, they made sure to take the time to do their research and get approvals to give informed responses.
My Tesla came out great with no issues or extra calibration or anything needed! Thanks guys!
