Worst bank in the country. They dont approve u for credits even if u have good score, unless u have exelent 900/900. They aproved me 1st for 30,000 Then at the end they changed mind & canceled it after affecting my credit score by making multiple hard inquiries on my credit. Not helpful bank. no offer. time wasters. too high interest rates. Customer service over the phone not helpful.

Not good..,’i pay credit card last 4 day , don’t work online Banking not good , pending, if you used credit card bought something they are didn’t pending…!!! I don’t like service, CIBC ,

The lady there (her name is Lipsa) was very helpful and efficient. I had my card replaced and was done within a few minutes.

Lack of communication and understanding with clients. With no follow up. If there was a way to give a zero I absolutely would. Very disappointed with CIBC.
