Their pricing for mechanical work is very competitive to other shops in Fort McMurray from my experience, and they provided excellent customer service. The appointment booking was also much sooner than with other local shops. They diagnosed and resolved engine problems with my Buick Encore. I would highly recommend them for mechanical work.

The service in this center is recommendable. I took my vehicle there this morning after the door developed a minor fault at work and I got it fixed in few minutes with no cost. Thumbs up?

I brought my Mothers vehicle to this shop for an out of province inspection.
They were reasonably priced and got the car in the next day. I was happy with the time they took to perform the inspection. I will bring them my business in the future.

I would come back here. They’re honest guys and do great work. Replaced my steering shaft and even went over the worn out part with me. You pay for what’s needed and nothing else. Thanks Mo and team for getting my car back to normal.

These guys know what they are doing.
Had a terrible experience on the previous shops (Trust and JoeVany auto), spent almost 3 weeks didn't know what to do and just gave up on my car..
Diagnostic did it within 3days. No talkshit and other money ripping convo scams, they are direct and will update you of the current status. Hands off to them. The guy on reception kinda have an attitude though. But that doesn't matter so long as they're good and I assume the best shop so far than other shops around downtown. Cost is just fair.

I had a bad experience at another shop that kept replacing parts but didn’t fix my car issue. Diagnostic Auto had me in quickly and got my car all fixed up! I finally have heat again lol ?. They were very great to deal with! Highly recommend.

Best experience here! The one guy really helped me out, he easily could have upsold me but he didn’t. I truly appreciate mechanics like him! He will get all my business moving forward, and with my Ford it will unfortunately be often? I didn’t catch his name, but I think it might be the owner. Thank you, Diagnostic Auto Center!
