I went to Fixauto through insurance. I can only say very disappointing service. They said replaced my engine and the entire exhaust system. I believe they replaced only part of the exhaust system because problem of noise came few days after I picked up my vehicle. When I took it to them they said u have cracked your motor fun.. I took it to toyota the issue became exhaust. When you're there without much automobile knowledge plus female they treat u like an idiot.
Insurance already paid Fixauto for entire exhaust system now they are paying again for partial exhaust replacement with Toyota.
Ask you insurance if they deal with CAR STAR. I dealt with them by far better service and very respectful. I recommend CAR STAR.

Very bad service and very low quality of work. Brand new truck went in to get a paint chip repaired and when i got it back it had more issues then it did when i dropped it off. They offered to fix is so i gave them the benefit of doubt and brought it back. I picked up the truck last night and if anything they made it worse and didn’t do what they said they did. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Beware.

I took my vehicle there. 2 days job was done in 6 days. The fender was not in alignment with the bumper as it supposed to be.
I will never go there again..

After our new SUV being gone for 4 months (parts issues) I was hoping that with only 600 km on it that the body panels would actually align! Hopefully they can adjust it otherwise my experience was overall good. I'll have a look at the paint matching in the daylight later.

Went to them to fix the AC in my land rover. No body else could fix it in Fort McMurray even the high brand dealerships. They did an excellent job with a reasonable price. They are very experienced and thorough in doing their job. Definitely saved me a costly trip to Edmonton to do the AC in the Land Rover dealership as no body else in Fort McMurray could do the job. Ok to deal with but they don’t call back when they say they do. I had a new tailgate replaced within a week the camera and handle fell off and the box liner scratches off extremely easy. Wouldn’t recommend.Service: Body & Trim

They do amazing work here, one of the best places in Fort McMurray. They are very knowledgeable and very detailed when it comes to high-end vehicles. They lack basic customer service skills though. They don't respect other people's time. They don't return calls either. In my case, a job that was supposed to be completed in 3 days ended, taking 13 days, and that's fine, but there was no effective communication with the new date of completion. It was like they were just going day by day, and when you call its almost like they give you attitude. Quality work is excellent, but customer service is terrible.
