They completely wrecked my car, snipped my ignition switch, messed up my starter, made up excuses and then offered to fix it at their full rate and even when I agreed to that absurd deal because I just wanted the nightmare to be over, they didn’t show up and I had to get another mechanic to try and understand what they did to my wiring.

Bought my wrangler as a mechanic’s special , well special it was , had it in for at multiple places for estimates to get it going, not only did they beat the prices I received everywhere else , the service was great and I had my vehicle back in less than two days with the amount of work it needed.
These guys went above and beyond to help me out , without a doubt this is the spot to bring your ride , sold customer for life! Great Job guys and thank you !!

Friends recommended me here after having work done on their Audi , Brought mine to them for a second opinion they were honest and upfront about what it needed and what it didn’t right away after going to another person and having a ridiculous quote ! The shuttle service was great dropped me off at work and picked me up !! Service was prompt and quick had my car back same day !! Would highly recommend to anyone !! kudos to Tim and his team

The women at reception was very helpful.
Very good prices. Will go above and beyond. Took my company fleet over after a few visits. I will not go anywhere else. This company is absolutly awesome.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about everyone at Guitar Auto Works! I was having some brake issues on my Audi and they were so diligent in figuring out the problem and getting it back to normal again! And at a decent price too!! Even in a freezing rain storm, I drove away smiling that my car was fixed! I highly recommend them and will be using them again!

Had my appointment booked after 3 other shops in town could not figure out the problem and charged me over $2500, they took the time to explain the situation and how much time it would take to find and repair , they kept me in the loop and eventually found and fixed the problem even though I didn’t like the answer , honesty is the key !!! I have my car back running great and I won’t go anywhere else from this point on !! Kudos to a hard working team of guys

Service was good at the start. Supposedly did repairs to my car and did not do anything having the same issues and not they are refusing to fix it. Not happy and they are not willing to do anything. Disgusting if I could give 0 stars I would.

Had an alignment done after installing a Leveling Kit. Quick and spot on. They provided a printout spec sheet that showed the alignment before and after which was cool to see as a customer... I got alignments done at other places before and never received this.

I’m sure if you’re getting brakes or some simple thing these guys can wrap there head around it’ll be fine. I brought them a project and got the run around for months and way over paid (my own fault I suppose). I work for a shop as an apprentice and the job is done by myself and work tip top no issue. Don’t waste your time on these back yard mechanics.
